Gross picture of the day.....
Benjamin lost his last tooth as he was eating a red jelly belly. Um yeah, totally gross! He was most disappointed because it was his favorite color. Disgusting, yet cool for a 12-year old. Now he's set to get his braces on in August!
Johanna used an Illustory kit to write a book for Ami. She worked on it as part of her composition practice in school. The book came in the mail this week and she is so happy with it. Two of our other kids have used these kits and they are so fun. The books they have made are definitely keeps for their nostalgia boxes.
Elijah and Johanna have been back at origami again. They go in spurts and will spend whole days working on neat projects. This is Johanna's pig farm, complete with the farmer and his table, chickens, pigs and piglets.
Johanna will be starting band in the fall and finally settled on playing flute, like her big sister. She is very excited about it and has been practicing quite a bit already. I've loved seeing Michaela give her some tips and mini-lessons. Very sweet!
