Doing the Trail

Yesterday Chris loaded up all the bikes and took the kids out on the Katy trail.  Although Ami does quite well riding on her own, he made use of the tag-a-long bike for Ami, attached to his bike, and they rode about five miles. 

Meanwhile, back at the ranch, I helped a neighbor dig up a bunch of Lily of the Valley "pips" and transplanted hundreds of them (literally!) to some mulched areas in our yard.  I'm not a gardener by any means, so it's great to be taken under the shadow of a master gardener like Carolyn.  I'm anxious to see what comes up, especially since we have a hard time growing anything with our shade and deer population.
