Yesterday we enjoyed getting together with our Families with Children from China (FCC) group for a skate party. We definitely did not have the rink to ourselves, it was SO busy. But it was still fun to reconnect with our friends and see all the black haired cuties together. They are all growing up. Ami is still definitely the smallest. Even the five and six year olds are a head taller than her. It was fun, and great exercise, but oh, my arthritic knees didn't appreciate the unusual work out!
We took Benjamin's buddy, Sam along with us. Of course we couldn't go to JC without a stop at our favorite ice-cream place, so that made it even more enticing for Sam. Ha!
Not a great picture, but it's the only one I got of Elijah. Michaela didn't go with us, as she is still a bit under the weather.
Amy and Johanna have become old-fashioned pen-pals over the last year or so. They have a lot in common and always enjoy seeing each other at our get-togethers.
