We took off from home a couple of hours early because we were just ready to go! We also didn't have any food left in the house, so wanted to stop and get some lunch on the way out of town. Our flight from STL to LAX was fine. One of my brothers lives not too far from LAX, so he came to meet us for a bit with our nephew/cousin, Sean. And as a special treat they brought along some In-N-Out. Yum! Thank you, Jonathan! So good to see you, even for just a short bit.
So now we're waiting for our red-eye flight....and it's especially red-eye to us since our bodies are on Missouri time. Hopefully we'll all get some good sleep on this next 13-hour leg.
