In the last five years Mom and Dad have been able to shop regularly at a Costco near them. It's funny to see Kirkland brand products in their house. So we did some shopping tonight. The store here is pretty similar to our Sam's Club where we shop, but there are a few new items that you wouldn't regularly see in the States.
They do have pizza and hotdogs:
The sushi samples were pretty popular!
How about huge portions of caviar?
Or maybe you'd prefer a few pounds of octopus:
You would definitely want a life-sized panda. :)
We got some school done this morning. In the afternoon the boys and I worked to help Grandpa tidy up his woodshed and stack some wood. The girls kindly walked to 7-11 to find some ice cream for us, as it was a balmy 73 degrees here today. Then we concluded our day with Costco. Tomorrow we head to Nara to feed the sacred deer!
