International Night

One of the ministries that Dad and Mom have here is hosting a monthly "International Night".  They typically have anywhere from 15-30 guests and have people from several different countries.  They play games, enjoy snacks, and have a singing and devotional time together.  It's a neat opportunity for visitors to be welcomed into an American home, to be in a casual atmosphere, and to hear about God's love.

We've enjoyed being at Dad and Mom's in the past when they've hosted an Int'l Night, so the kids knew what to look forward to and even remembered some of their friends.

We've been able to Skype with Chris, who is now home safely....and all the China came through nicely, too.  :)  The kids were anxious for a cat update.  When we left, one of our outdoor cats was obviously pregnant.  To Johanna, Skyping with Twix was just as important as Skyping with Daddy!  Thank you to our wonderful neighbors for taking care of Wolfe Park while we were gone.
